Engineers Week 2025 will run from February 16 to 26. This year’s theme — Design Your Future — is about celebrating the accomplishments of engineers past and present who have designed the future we currently live in, and inspire the next generation  to pursue engineering careers that will be focused on designing our future! This Engineers Week we hope that you’ll take a moment to celebrate with us.

ACM & ACM-W Present: Hack for Humanity 2025
Hack for Humanity is a 24-hour hackathon where you’ll collaborate with a team to create a project for social good. Whether it’s a game, an app, or a website, this is your chance to develop something that inspires positive change in your community—on any scale, big or small.

Please join us for our next Lunch with an Entrepreneur event, featuring Jeff Ota, the VP of Engineering at US Soccer. Jeff has worked in the technology innovation area for an impressive array of companies and organizations throughout Silicon Valley to include Intel, NVIDIA, Agtonomy, Rivian, Nike, BMW and NASA Ames Research Center. His jobs have spanned a range of technologies, from autonomous driving to digital sports. This event will be held in the North Lobby of the SCDI Building, and lunch will be provided.

The Lunch with an Entrepreneur series is sponsored by Ciocca Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the School of Engineering's KEEN program.
