Dear Friends of the School of Engineering,
It may have taken us a little longer to get back to campus after the New Year, but we are so happy to be back in-person now to finish out the winter quarter. February is an exciting time for us. We started out the month with the celebration of the Lunar New Year and Black History Month, and we keep the momentum going through the end of the month as we celebrate National Engineers Week.
This winter quarter has already brought us some inspiring news. Read below about Assistant Professor Ying Liu’s grant and how two of our Engineering Graduate Program alumni/ae are making us proud! Also, make sure to check out our Engineering Lightning Talks from a few of our professors in case you missed it last time.
Best wishes for a great winter quarter and a happy and healthy 2022,
Elaine
