Biography
Sumeet Syal is an entrepreneur and a tech executive who built global businesses in large corporations and Silicon Valley startups. He is the founder of 3Doshas.com, an award-winning coaching & consulting company featured on Bloomberg & Apple TV. Over his 30+ years of tech experience, he formed numerous B2B partnerships for AI products & services and led many teams across business development, hardware & software sales, brand marketing, product management, and engineering.
As former Vice President and GM of Intel Global Sales & Marketing, he closed high-stakes negotiations, securing multi-billion-dollar deals with tech giants like Apple, Google, Dell, and HP. Sumeet led Intel’s go-to-market strategy for smartphone, wearable, and auto segments, where his product marketing insights were featured in major publications such as CNET, TechCrunch, and Business Insider. He’s an Asian business expert who initiated Intel’s APAC growth while living as an expat in Singapore and earning a dual MBA from UCLA-Anderson and the National University of Singapore. Sumeet studied Computer Engineering at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and worked in product management & engineering for Silicon Valley startups that were acquired by major semiconductor companies.
As a passionate leader, Sumeet consistently ranked as a top executive who inspired and transformed his teams into high-performing, resilient organizations. As a Stanford trained resident executive in Org. Renewal and a UC Berkeley-Haas certified executive coach, he now mentors executives and startup founders with his unique 3Doshas science-based coaching methodology. He teaches leadership & professional development as an Adjunct Faculty in the Graduate School of Engineering at Santa Clara University, San Jose State University, and the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Before immigrating to the United States, Sumeet spent his young years growing up in the Himalayan Mountains of India. Inspired by his cultural heritage, he custom designed 3Doshas: a science-based methodology for coaching & mentorship. Sumeet and his family are passionate about sharing 3Doshas Science to positively impact and inspire individuals all over the world.
