Santa Clara Scholarship Programs
This Fellowship was created to provide a 50% tuition scholarship to students pursuing the Master of Arts in Teaching and Teaching Credential (MATTC) program. Students complete coursework at our East San Jose campus, engage in community service, and agree to teach at a high-need school for two years following graduation.
The prestigious Noyce Fellowship seeks to attract qualified STEM majors and professionals to become middle or high school mathematics teachers in racially, ethnically, linguistically, and economically diverse schools.
Excellence in Catholic Education and Leadership (ExCEL) supports Catholic school educators through a program committed to developing teachers pedagogically, spiritually, and communally; and working for social justice through educational equity. Students receive a 100% tuition scholarship and work as teachers for TK-12 Catholic schools in local Dioceses, while also living in community with one another.
Catholic Master of Arts in Teaching (CatMAT) is a two-year program designed to help current Catholic school teachers earn their MAT and California teaching credential. CatMAT students take intensive summer course loads, with only few courses during the school year, so they can focus more fully on their jobs. All full-time Catholic school teachers are eligible to join CatMAT, and they receive a 50% tuition reduction for the program.
