Student Services & Academic Support

As a student in the School of Education and Counseling Psychology, your graduate journey begins with the Office Student Services & Academic Support. Responsible for activities ranging from Orientation through Graduation, the team's main focus is to support you navigate your degree program. With more than 600 students in the School, our hope is to help each student be successful during their time at Santa Clara University.

Starting with New Student Orientation, our office provides all students in the School of Education and Counseling Psychology the tools and resources needed to effectively navigate through the following: 

  • Quarterly Registration
  • Enrollment Issues
  • Policies and Procedures of the University and School of ECP
  • Petitioning for Graduation
  • Degree Conferral
  • Credential Recommendation and licensure processing

Our office is located in Guadalupe Hall on the first floor on the right side of the main lobby. If you prefer to visit our office, our office hours for walk-in are as follows:

Monday – Thursday  9:00 a.m to 6 p.m. 

Friday  9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m
