All field trip groups must provide evidence of insurance. This insurance must include General Liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage and shall include premises liability and products/complete operations liability in an amount of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. If employees of your organization will be on Santa Clara University’s campus, evidence of worker’s compensation insurance in Statutory Limits must also be included.
Please talk directly with your school administrator to obtain the proper evidence of insurance. If you have questions related to the documentation needed or if your group does not have proper insurance coverage, please let the museum know so that we may try to be of assistance.
