Mercy Volunteer Corps
Mercy Volunteers promote social change by serving economically poor and socially marginalized communities in the spirit of mutuality and compassion. Volunteers live together in community with a commitment to spiritual development and simple living for one year.
Professional placements are available in education, healthcare, and social services in 11 cities throughout the United States and South America. Volunteers work with their service sites to promote social justice related to immigration, women, anti-racism, earth, and non-violence. Mercy Volunteer Corps provides volunteers with housing, transportation, monthly stipends, and more.
