From Friday, October 22 to Tuesday, November 15, the Religious Studies department set up a Day of the Dead Altar in which Religious Studies students, faculty, and staff were encouraged to add photos of their loved ones who have passed. This was part of an initiative from Campus Ministry to set up these altars--ofrendas--in departments across campus.  The result of our efforts in religious studies was the richly varied display captured in this image.
