Matt Harrigan teaches courses in U.S. Politics, including Congress, Making Public Policy, Sports & Politics in the U.S., and State & Local Politics. His research interests center on questions about the effects of institutional design on political behavior and policy outcomes, including agenda control and legislative leadership in the U.S. Congress. He is also the director of pre-law advising and is a resource for students seeking fellowships and public sector or non-profit internships.
