Curriculum Vitae (CV)


Nathan’s research occurs at the intersections of psychology, applied ethics, and philosophy of science. Specifically, he is focused on the science of prejudicial attitudes and its applications in various dimensions of normative ethics. Current and future projects touch on ethical issues related to structural racism, public policy (especially policing), social and political philosophy, and medical ethics.

This academic year, Nathan is teaching multiple sections of PHIL 27 Ethics in Health Care and PHIL 11A & 12A Cultures and Ideas. His additional teaching interests include varied subjects in ethics, the philosophy of psychology, and the general philosophy of science.
