Eric Yang specializes in metaphysics (in particular, the metaphysics of human persons and material objects, but he has interests in other topics such as free will, grounding, metaontology, etc.), and he has also published in philosophy of mind, epistemology, and philosophy of religion. His teaching interests include the history of philosophy (ancient, medieval, and modern) and will regularly be caught reading Plato, Aquinas, or Hume.
