Spreading Our Talent Across the Globe
A dozen students and alumni have been selected as semifinalists for the prestigious Fulbright U.S. Student program this year with two being named finalists and more to come.
Six students and three alumni from the College of Arts and Sciences, along with one alumnus from the School of Engineering have been named semifinalists for the prestigious Fulbright U.S. Student program this year. Representing fourteen different majors in the College, these students and alumni, if they are selected as finalists, will be spreading across the globe to perform research, attend graduate school, or teach English in a foreign country. Additionally, two alumni from the College have been named finalists so far and will be traveling to Italy and Mexico to serve.
