Faculty/Staff Integration to AIMS~Effective June 15th, 2024
Our AIMS permit integration is up and running for our faculty and staff to purchase their permits effective June 15th! Permits for faculty and staff are available for purchase on AIMS through the single sign-on (SSO) tile located in their MySCU Portal. Below are the features of the new system:

This option is available only through payroll deduction. Pre-tax deductions reduce employees' taxable and related withholding amounts.
Post-Tax:
This option is available through payroll as well. Post-tax deductions do not have an impact on taxable or withholding amounts.

Mass Transit Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
The Mass Transit FSA allows employees to set aside pretax dollars for the reimbursement of qualifying transportation expenses you incur while commuting to and from work. The program is in alignment with and supports Santa Clara University’s commitment to sustainability. You may change your monthly contributions between the 1st and 10th of each month.

Overnight Parking
Faculty/Staff/Commuter Students: Vehicles parked overnight must have a valid permit displayed and be parked on the 3rd floor of the main parking structure.
Resident Students: Vehicles with valid permits must park in a residential lot in accordance with their permit category.
For anyone interested in leaving their vehicle parked on campus overnight, please email transporation@scu.edu the following information:
- Your name and contact phone number
- Make, model, and color of your vehicle
- The days you will be leaving your car overnight
- License Plate Number
- Permit decal

We are increasing our rates for daily parking permits and parking space reservations to accommodate increased overhead costs. Our annual, semi-annual and quarterly permit rates will remain the same for the 2024-2025 academic year.
