What are you doing this summer? This summer I am interning as a GPS (Guide, Pilot, Steer) Intern at Moss Adams. Within this sophomore rotational program, I am able to shadow professionals the 3 service lines: Audit, Tax & Consulting.
What has been the most memorable part of your experience? The most memorable part of my internship thus far has been the connections I've been able to make within the firm. Chatting with partners and senior managers has really helped me get a better sense of what my career trajectory could look like.
One thing you have learned during this summer experience? Don't be afraid of asking questions since questions show that you're listening and engaged. Many people find it worse if you don't ask questions instead of asking too many. But always be sure to take notes on the answers you're getting, because you don't want to be repetitive.
