What are you doing this summer? This summer, I am a Sales and Merchandising Intern at E. & J. Gallo Winery in their High Noon Division. In this role, I have a range of responsibilities, such as mastering product pitching, constructing eye-catching displays, meticulously recording inventory, and build lasting connections. I am deeply grateful for this internship opportunity, as it has enhanced my adaptability, problem-solving, and communication skills.
What has been the most memorable part of your experience? The most memorable part of this experience for me was attending Gallo's General Sales Meeting in San Jose, where I had the opportunity to meet and connect with individuals from all across Gallo's Northern California Division. This event allowed me to gain deeper insights into the wine and spirits industry while also learning about the diverse roles within the company that contribute to its success. I thoroughly enjoyed networking and building valuable connections.
One thing you have learned during this summer experience?  One thing I have learned during this internship is never be afraid to ask questions. Asking questions helps you gain more knowledge, provides clarification, and helps you succeed in your role.
