What did you do this summer? I worked at Prologis in the SF headquarters for my second summer as a Development/Entitlement Intern. My summer consisted of a mix of programmatic and project specific work, getting involved in projects all across California and creating tools and trackers to make our processes more efficient.
What was the most memorable part of your experience? The relationship I was able to develop with my coworkers and managers, and the culture which Prologis has was by far the most memorable part of my experience.
One thing you have learned during this summer experience? I learned that the more information is spread horizontally in an organization, rather than vertically, and the more informed every individual is of their counterparts work, the more efficiently the organization can operate.
