The Latinx Business Student Association is a student-led organization focused on fostering professional development, networking, and cultural awareness within the Latinx business community.
I became a member of the Latinx Business Student Association to immerse myself in a welcoming community of Latinx students. I wanted to engage with likeminded peers who share similar career trajectories and cultural backgrounds as me. Having the opportunity to offer my support and guidance to those in earlier stages of their academic journey was also really important to me.
What I find most rewarding about leading our club is the ability to facilitate meaningful connections between our members and industry professionals, paving the way for valuable internship/career opportunities. Beyond that, it brings me great satisfaction to cultivate an environment that thrives on mutual support, collaboration, & cultural experiences.
