Another crucial step is maintaining a detailed record of these networking calls and interactions in order to significantly enhance the utility of your network. Being a Peer Career Consultant (PCC) has been really rewarding, largely because it allows me to contribute to a community that played a pivotal role in my own professional development. This position offers a unique platform to give advice, share experiences, and facilitate students' transition into the workforce. Interacting with bright, driven students and discussing their aspirations and career plans is incredibly fulfilling.

Moreover, this role has deepened my existing relationships and helped forge new ones with my peers, expanding my personal and professional network within the business school. Additionally, engaging with faculty and executives during the program provides invaluable insights into diverse career trajectories and decision-making processes, which are instrumental as I approach the commencement of my own career.
