Alumnus Suresh Ram, MBA ’04, has been appointed president of u-blox America, a wholly owned subsidiary of u-blox AG, a Swiss wireless and positioning technology company. As president, Suresh’s new responsibilities will include sales, marketing, field applications and operations aimed at supporting the growing regional customer base.

“The Internet of Things presents enormous opportunities for wireless technology,” Ram said in a recent press release. “As this emerging and rapidly developing application space matures, my focus will be on further strengthening our market position, investing in our technology, streamlining our operations and building new partnerships.”
