Erika French-Arnold : Hackworth Grant Recipient
Erika French-Arnold, director of the Center for Food Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Leavey School of Business, alongside her research partners Marie Bertola, Irene Bubula-Phillips and Evelyn Ferraro of the Modern Languages and Literatures department, were awarded a Fall 2018 Hackworth Grant by the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics. This grant will support their project “The Ethics of Food Annual Speaker Series” which initiates a speaker series discussing current food issues; the first event will be screening the movie “No Food Left Behind!” followed by a panel discussion.
