Michele Day

Michele Day is a Leader within the Customer Success team at Cisco. She leads strategic priorities and manages key cross-functional initiatives to accelerate customer adoption all while maintaining a human-first focus.

Outside of Cisco, Michele serves as a Board Member and the Chief Operating Officer of Rising Above the Storms. Furthermore, Michele is a Platinum Tier #IamRemarkable facilitator, which is a global initiative that aims to empower women and underrepresented groups to overcome cultural, social, and gender related issues in the workplace, and volunteers as a trained Crisis Counselor for the Crisis Text Line. Michele is also in the process of standing up her own non-profit called Boundary BreakHER. 

Michele holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Clinical Psychology and Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan and is currently pursuing her MBA at Santa Clara University. She resides in the Bay Area, CA where she enjoys the outdoors and fixer-upper projects with her husband.

Drew is an expert in healthcare operations and health-tech SaaS solutions with over 12 years of experience across both sectors. Drew is passionate about disrupting and transforming healthcare through advanced technologies, with an additional focus on change management and management consulting to improve operations and efficiencies. Drew has worked with some of the largest health systems and academic medical centers in the country, delivering positive outcomes by adding millions of dollars to their bottom line and improving operations. Drew has earned a Master's in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University and is an MBA candidate at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, I've spent most of my career as a Sports Performance Coach, first at Cal Baptist, then UCLA, and most recently at Stanford. In 2022, I opened a gym in Santa Clara called Virtus Performance Club, tailored to performance training for athletes. Most recently, I've joined BioReset Medical, to build and run a Sports Performance Testing Lab for their athlete population.

My name is Mary Weinstein and I am the full-time assistant coach for the SCU Women's Golf team. I graduated from the University of Denver with an undergraduate degree in Finance and Biological Sciences along with a specialized master's degree In Management. I am currently in the Palm Drive Evening MBA cohort and seek out positions of leadership and opportunities to apply my educational learnings to help others. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities, golf, and traveling the world.
