Students: Login to ecampus and click on the 'Make a Payment' link located on your student center page. This will take you to the SCUpay landing page and your real-time account activity.
Authorized Users: Your student must authorize you before you are able to review and pay the bill on their behalf. Once authorized you will receive an email with the link to your login SCUpay.
The billing statement is available online through the student’s or the Authorized User’s login. For instructions to pay online, click View Bill.

Santa Clara University does not accept credit cards for payment of tuition and fees.
Payment by Mail, 529 Plan and Third Party Payments
Santa Clara University accepts 529 plans, college savings account, third party payments, and payments requested through your banks online bill/pay system. Please make sure your student’s name and SCU ID number is located on the check or remittance advice for accurate & timely posting.

International Wire Transfers
Students or parents can send an international wire payment through FlyWire (formally peerTransfer). FlyWire enables international students to pay in their home currency. Flywire Benefits (PDF)

Pay in Person
At the Enrollment Services Center (OneStop) Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Payments by check or cash are accepted. Please make checks payable to Santa Clara University.
