What To Expect
Monthly electronic billing statements are processed at the beginning of each month. Billing items will include Tuition/Fees, Housing, Access Card charges, Cowell Health Center charges and other fees that may be associated with a students enrollment. Bills will also include any deposits, accepted financial aid and payments posted to a students account.
Students and Authorized Payers will receive an email notification each month when a new billing statement becomes available. To review bills and remit payment click on one of the following links:

What if I have a billing dispute?
All billing disputes must be submitted in writing and forwarded to: Santa Clara University, Bursar Office, 500 El Camino Real, Santa Clara CA 95053-0615. Please make sure to provide a description of the item in question for clarification. The Bursar Office staff must receive written correspondence within 60 days from the billing statement date on which the item in question appeared. Communication can be made by telephone, but doing so will not preserve the student's rights. Payment for the amount in question only is not required while the investigation is in progress; all other items not in question must be paid by the due date.
