We only host non-profit groups on our campus with proof of 501(c)(3).
- Availability from late June until August 31st for on campus housing and meeting spaces.
- 455 Guadalupe Hall is available year round for meeting space only.
The event is not intended for the university community although may include some university participation. The event is financially supported with non-university funds. For external groups, please see and fill out this conference services inquiry form.
Internal Event
Defined as a SCU program or event initiative developed and solely funded through SCU for the benefit of the SCU community.
- Additional charges may apply, for example overtime hours for Benson & Locatelli, Nobili Hall, Outdoor spaces, meeting rooms for cleaning fees.

An excellent vehicle to advertise and promote campus events. Online submission of flyers is required.
A glorious space for daytime casual meals and conversations and a great place to meet in the evening for entertainment and programs provided by many different student organizations. Never a cover charge and only limited by your enjoyment.
Bon Appetit, the University on-site restaurant and catering partner, manages all dining venues across the campus.
The Benson Information Desk is the front line communication for all incoming calls to the University. The Benson Information Desk Staff handles all events taking place inside and outside of the Benson Memorial Center and Locatelli Student Activity Center.
