As one of the most decorated athletes in school history, Osborne was a three-time first team All-American and 2004 Honda Award winner, which is given to the nation's top women's soccer player. She was also a two-time WCC Player of the Year (2003-04) and earned spots on the 2001 and 2004 College Cup All-Tournament team. Osborne was instrumental in leading the Broncos to the 2001 National Championship, as well as the National Semifinals in 2002 and 2004. Only five players in school history have more postseason goals than Osborne who ranks seventh in the Santa Clara record book in both career goals (44) and points (122). Her jersey (No. 10) is one of only four to be honored by Santa Clara and she was inducted into the WCC Hall of Honor in 2014. In addition, Osborne's No. 12 jersey for the Boston Breakers of the Women's Professional Soccer League (WPSL) is retired.
