Graham not only played catcher for the Broncos, but also coached the baseball team as well. After his time at Santa Clara, he entered into the Major Leagues in 1906. He was a .233 hitter with one home run and 12 RBI in 30 games, including 10 runs, one double, and one stolen base. Following his majors career, he played and coached in the minor leagues. In 1918, Graham became manager and part owner of the PCL San Francisco Seals until 1921. Eventually, he took control of the front office which, under his management, relocated the Seals to their new park, Seals Stadium, in 1931. The Seals won pennants in 1922, 1923, 1925, 1928, 1931, 1935 and 1946, to become one of the most successful teams in PCL history with Graham at the helm. Their rosters included several future major league stars, such as Earl Averill, Joe DiMaggio, Smead Jolley and Paul Waner. Charles Graham even had the opportunity to catch for the legendary Cy Young.
