Natasha currently serves as the Associate Director for Residence Life and oversees professional live-in staff in developing a safe, inclusive, and fun residential experience for students. She is committed to helping students achieve holistic wellness and confidence in their identity formation. Natasha has previously taught several leadership seminars and has presented at regional and national conferences on topics of fostering student and spiritual development. In her work, Natasha draws inspiration from Baxter Magolda's Theory of Self Authorship, Brene Brown's research on vulnerability, and Kimberle Crenshaw's Theory of Intersectionality.
