Natasha currently serves as the Associate Director for Residence Life and oversees professional live-in staff in developing a safe, inclusive, and fun residential experience for students. She is committed to helping students achieve holistic wellness and confidence in their identity formation. Natasha has previously taught several leadership seminars and has presented at regional and national conferences on topics of fostering student and spiritual development. In her work, Natasha draws inspiration from Baxter Magolda's Theory of Self Authorship, Brene Brown's research on vulnerability, and Kimberle Crenshaw's Theory of Intersectionality.

Natasha obtained a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine and a M.Ed. in Student Affairs from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is currently working towards completing her MA in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and identifies as a first-generation college student. In her spare time, you can find Natasha reading at the beach, bike-riding with her family, or rooting for the Golden State Warriors at a basketball game.
