Santa Clara University

Phong is the Senior Information Specialist at the Santa Clara University Library. He manages the Automated Retrieval System for books, journals, and Special Collections.  Phong hires and trains about 15+ student assistants to work at the Automated Retrieval System each quarter.  He also oversees the scheduling of these student assistants to ensure that the customers are always being provided the best service. 

His hobbies include traveling, basketball, tennis, and many other sports.
