Sin-Yaw Wang has been a software practitioner all his career. He had coded "up and down the stack" — device driver, OS kernel, networking stack, middleware, Windowing, and user-facing front-end. He switched to management early but kept his hands on the code through-out.
Sin-Yaw was an adjunct at SCU in the 80s and came back in 2023.
