- Simulation to Mars: The next best thing to setting foot on the Red Planet? Kamak Ebadi Ph.D. ’20 and three crewmates recently stepped into a capsule where they will live and work like astronauts for 45 days to simulate part of the trip to Mars. NASA hopes the mission will give scientists a better idea of how the astronauts’ mental and physical health will adjust during the long trip to the fourth planet from the Sun. Read more »
