You are welcome to stay elsewhere downtown and still use the shuttle service by walking over to the Marriott.

Is there transportation available from the airport to campus?

Do I have to be celebrating a milestone year to attend Grand Reunion?
No, you don’t! While Grand Reunion is a wonderful opportunity for those classes whose graduation years end in 4 or 9 to come back and reconnect, it is a chance for all Broncos to return to Santa Clara and remember how special this campus truly is. There are some special events specifically planned for reunion classes, but the majority of events offered during Grand Reunion are open to all alumni, regardless of their graduation year.

How much does it cost to attend Grand Reunion?
While some larger events have a cost, many of the reunion events are free. However, there is a $7 per person registration fee (except for children 12 and under) to help offset expenses for Grand Reunion not covered by ticket prices. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of events you register for. The Alumni Association makes every effort to keep our event prices as affordable as possible while providing the memorable Grand Reunion experiences you expect (and deserve!) at your reunion celebration. Pricing for paid events will be indicated on the schedule, which will be published on our website in May.

Is there financial assistance available to attend Grand Reunion?
To inquire about financial assistance, please contact us at GrandReunion@scu.edu.

What if my plans change and I need to cancel my RSVP?
The last day to cancel and receive a refund is Thursday, Sept. 26 due to catering commitments.

How do I know who else is coming to the reunion?
Click on your class's page to view the current list of who is coming to reunion.

Is Grand Reunion family-friendly?

Can I request special meals because of dietary restrictions?
Yes; please indicate any dietary restrictions during the online registration process or email grandreunion@scu.edu. We will send all requests to the catering department. Please check in with event staff before your meal(s) to ensure that your request(s) are accommodated.

Where can I find the event schedule?
