The results from our mobile Web user survey indicate that most people are using touch phone devices - iPhone, Android, or similar - or are using Blackberry or other smart phones. As expected, Web browsing using feature phones is not common.
There's a strong interest in seeing mobile access to Ecampus and Groupwise email. Although a mobile-optimized version of Ecampus isn't on the near horizon, the Groupwise Web Access servers do seem to be able to detect mobile devices and switch to a more usable format (although functionality is limited).
