Web Publishing News404 page now includes Google search widgetFriday, Jan. 16, 2009A widget provided by Google has been added to the www web server's 404 (file not found) page - it takes the URL for the requested page and suggests close matches or alternate links, rather than simply indicate that the page doesn't exist. For example, a request for http://www.scu.edu/omc/logos will return a link to a close match for that URL, and a link to the OMC home page, along with a search form.
