Opening remarks by Fr. Bill Rewak, Chancellor of Santa Clara University and Dr. Godfrey Mungal, Dean, School of Engineering

A slide lecture by authors Craig Harwood and Gary Fogel to celebrate the recent publication of their book, Quest for Flight.  The book takes a fresh look at John J. Montgomery, an aviation pioneer and contemporary of the Wright Brothers. Montgomery is a Santa Clara legend (he taught physics at Santa Clara College ca 1900) and is a well known figure in the Bay Area.

Copies of the book will be available for purchase, and there will be a book signing following the event.
