CIE Global Entrepreneurship Week: Tuesday Brown Bag Lunch Seminar featuring Speaker James Bickford '08

Lecture

Join us as we celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week with a Brown Bag Lunch Seminar featuring James Bickford '08, Marketing Manager of Tigo Energy, Inc., member of the School of Engineering Industry Advisory Board and former Team Manager of the 2007 Santa Clara Solar Decathlon House.

After serving as the project manager for Santa Clara’s 3rd place winning entry in the U.S. Department of Energy’s 2007 Solar Decathlon, James went on to found Valence Energy with fellow team members. Currently, he is Marketing Manager for Tigo Energy, Inc., and serves on Dean Mungal’s Industry Advisory Board. Come and hear James’ inspirational entrepreneurial story.

Each day the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship is proud to bring an informative brown bag lunch seminar featuring different daily content to the campus community--all students, faculty, staff and members of the Silicon Valley business community are welcome to attend this free event.  Bring your own lunch or stop by the Cadence Cafe to pick up your lunch and we'll provide something sweet for dessert.

Thank you to the Office of the Dean, School of Engineering for serving as a co-sponsor of today's event.
