Excel: Move between Worksheets Using Keyboard Shortcuts

Use CTRL+Page Down to move forward one worksheet (tab) in Excel and CTRL+Page Up to move backward one worksheet. This should work with 2003, 2004 (Mac), 2007 and 2008 (Mac) versions of Excel.
