Creating Web Images with Photoshop CS5

Learn the skills you need to quickly prepare and create images for the web using Photoshop CS5. If you have pictures that you want to use on a webpage or create thumbnails of them, or you would like to learn how to create animated images for a website, this class is for you.

Note: Photoshop is nearly identical on the Mac and PC. The classroom will use Photoshop CS5 on the Mac.

Objectives:
  • Use layers to preserve original photos
  • Image resizing and resolution
  • Watermarks
  • Create animated GIFs
  • Save images and file formats
