Photoshop CS5: Retouching Portraits

Learn how to improve portraits using the powerful tools of Photoshop CS5. Note: Photoshop is nearly identical on the Mac and PC. The classroom will use Photoshop CS5 on the Mac.

Objectives:
  • Remove red eye
  • Brighten teeth and eyes
  • Smooth skin, conceal blemishes, and soften wrinkles
  • Correct tone and color levels
  • Add makeup, change hair and clothing color
Prerequisites:

Photoshop CS5: Basic Photo Editing. Familiarity with Photoshop is desired, but not required.
