Student Services Lead by Michael Truong
The Student Services Manager, as shown above is Michael Miller. Student Technology Services is run entirely with student staff supporting the computing needs of approximately 4,800 undergraduate students and almost 1,000 graduate students. The support of the student population is by student employees in Student Technology Services department. Student workers man the Help Desk and perform Tier One Trouble shooting. *Michael Truong and Leanna Elserougi are the two senior staff members of the Student Services Team. Michael is the the Student Lead who is responsible for coordinating and managing the Student Services Staff. Leanna is responsible for providing conference and scheduling support for the Student Services Staff. |
