Reminder for 2012 Medical and Dependent Care Reimbursements Deadline is 3/31

For: Those who had participated in the 2012 Medical or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts.

This is just a quick reminder that March 31, 2013 is the last day that receipts for reimbursement will be accepted by TLC for the 2012 plan year. Claims can be either mailed or faxed to TLC as indicated on the forms. Should you have any questions please contact your Benefits Specialist
