Bon Appetit is currently one of the leaders in sustainable food service. The company writes its menus based on the seasonality and availability of regional fresh products, and tries to purchase local and organic food as often as possible. Bon Appetit also supports the Seafood Watch guidelines recommended by the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and their hamburger meat and poultry are free of antibiotics. Vegetarian options are offered at every meal and both vegetarians and vegans are sure to enjoy the variety available with the Farmer's Pantry with daily hot grains, soups and build your own entree/salads.
