Sustainability internship opportunity with City of Cupertino
The City of Cupertino is seeking summer interns to assist its staff working on a number of exciting sustainability programs. This volunteer internship would consist of program development, implementation, and analysis for its GreenBiz and Growing Greener Blocks programs.

These programs are run from the Office of the City Manager, and offer students exposure to working in the sustainability field in both a business and neighborhood context. This is a great opportunity for students to get hands-on experience working in a public agency, quantifying energy and water savings, assisting in the development of public environmental programs, and performing outreach around sustainability. Full-time summer interns will also complete individual research projects on topics relevant to current programs that will aid their implementation. The application deadline is April 26, 2013.
