Over 85 percent of our 104 acre campus is irrigated with recycled water, which has led to a 30 percent decrease in water costs as well as an overall decrease of potable water consumption by 60 percent.

Recycled water used on the Graham Hall complex

Although we cannot drink it, recycled water can satisfy most water demands, as long as it is adequately treated to ensure water quality appropriate for the use. Recycling water also has the added benefit of decreasing wastewater discharges and reducing and preventing pollution.

If residents living in Graham notice broken sprinkler heads, leaking plumbing, or running toilets/faucets, please report these to Facilities at 408-554-4742.
