Funding For Late Night Programming Grants
Student organizations are encouraged to plan and implement late night activities on campus.. If your event is scheduled to begin on or after 9:00 pm, the event is eligible for a Late Night Programming Grant for up to $125.
Who Qualifies?
Any Santa Clara University undergraduate student organization interested in providing late night events and activities focused on undergraduate students.
Criteria:
- Late Night Programming Grants are available to current student organizations interested in sponsoring an event/activity.
- Funds are available for events and activities that benefit undergraduate student life.
- The event must begin at or after 9 pm and lasts until midnight or later (if it starts earlier than 9 pm it still must go up to or past midnight to qualify).
- Requests for Late Night Programming Grants will be accepted on a rolling basis.
- Requests should be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled event. Requests will not be reviewed retroactively.
- Organizations may request up to $125 of Late Night Programming Grant funds.
Process:
- Please complete and submit an online request form.
- Applicants will be notified by email whether or not the request for the Late Night Programming Grant has been approved.
- If a request is approved, students will be asked to submit either 1) an account number to transfer the co-sponsorship funds, 2) a request for petty cash, 3) receipts for items purchased in connection with the event/activity or 4) food service approval form. (RSOs and CSOs should consult with CSL on all Late Night programming approved expenses).
Application Deadline
