Future of Food: Legal and Ethical Challenges

Co-sponsored by the High Tech Law Institute and the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics, the “Future of Food” Symposium addressed the following questions: Should we pursue the genetic modification of food? If yes, what is the legal infrastructure? Is genetic modification of food a necessary tool to relieve world hunger?
