Our latest issue published in Summer 2007 contains articles and transcripts from the International Law Weekend-West Conference, hosted at Santa Clara University School of Law on February 2 and 3, 2007.


Format

The text and footnotes (not endnotes) of each article must conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005). Article texts must be double-spaced. Font type should be standard, such as Times New Roman, and font size should be in 12-point font.

**For student authors only: Comments submitted to the Journal must be a minimum of 20 pages in length, including footnotes.

Please submit articles, as a file attachment, to the Journal's email address below along with a cover letter that includes the title of your article, a brief abstract, and your relevant contact information, including an email address where you may be reached. The Journal accepts articles in .txt, .doc, or .htm format only. Articles in .pdf format will not be considered.

The Journal makes every effort to provide timely notice to authors of acceptance or refusal of articles submitted. All submissions become the property of the Journal and cannot be returned.

The Journal reserves the right to determine the final published form of each article to be published.
