The Journal hosted a symposium on March 14, 2008 with the theme Water & Ethics. Our spring 2008 publication (Volume 6) will feature the articles and panel discussions presented at the symposium.

Our latest issue published in Summer 2007 contains articles and transcripts from the International Law Weekend-West Conference, hosted at Santa Clara University School of Law on February 2 and 3, 2007.

The Santa Clara Journal of International Law welcomes unsolicited submissions of articles on topics of developments or key issues in the field of international or comparative law. The Journal also encourages authors to submit shorter works, such as book reviews, commentaries, essays, notes, comments and bibliographies. Because the Journal is an online publication, we review and consider submissions on an ongoing basis, year round.
