The Journal hosted a symposium on March 14, 2008 with the theme Water & Ethics. Our spring 2008 publication (Volume 6) will feature the articles and panel discussions presented at the symposium.

Our latest issue published in Summer 2007 contains articles and transcripts from the International Law Weekend-West Conference, hosted at Santa Clara University School of Law on February 2 and 3, 2007.

Would you like to submit an article to the Santa Clara Journal of International Law? The Journal welcomes articles along with shorter works, such as book reviews, commentaries, essays, notes, comments and bibliographies.
