Our latest issue published in Summer 2007 contains articles and transcripts from the International Law Weekend-West Conference, hosted at Santa Clara University School of Law on February 2 and 3, 2007.

II. Satisfaction of the Casenote/Note Requirement

A student must complete and pass either a Casenote, or a Note, to become a candidate. The Casenote gives a student a prepared problem with research that the student must then analyze. The Note allows the student to select a topic and conduct preliminary research and analysis. They are graded on grammar and spelling, bluebook form, footnotes, style and organization, and analysis.
