All Level Flow Yoga

The All Level Flow Yoga class is a fun yet challenging hour long class focusing on linking breath and movement.  The class will connect primarily a series of standing poses in a vinyasa flow style.  Offering multiple modifications this class is welcoming for beginners as well as those with a stronger practice.

Cardio Athletic Kickboxing

Backed by high energy music, the Cardio Athletic Kickboxing workout incorporates kicks, punches, elbows and knees, and combinations used in martial arts and boxing together with effective athletic drills.  Perfect cueing and instruction allow beginners as well as more advanced exercisers to follow the challenging combinations, burn fat, release stress, & have fun!

Cardio Sculpt Fusion 

This class is a fusion of body scuplting with weights, cardio kickboxing, and sports conditioning intervals to develop core, cardio and strength.  Backed by high energy music, this is a fun and easy to follow calorie and fat burning total body workout that will challenge all fitness levels. 

Core Body Blast 

Work those Abs and tone up with this class! Concentration will be on working the core muscles of the abdominal area and sculpting exercises for the upper and lower body.  We will use eights, balls, bands and bars.  (Express Workout) 

Cycling 1 - 6

Pedal your way through an indoor cycling class that will sculpt your muscles and generate a serious sweat.  The instructor will lead you through a mix of drills, hills, and sprints.  Both cycling newcomers and veterans are welcome!  You can control the intensity of your workout by increasing or decreasing the resistance on the bike and the instructor will provide other alterations, as needed!   Patrons should bring a personal towel and a water bottle to class.  Our cycling bikes can accommodate regular workout shoes or cycling shoes. Cycling class number does NOT denote difficulty level. Cycling classes can be adapted for beginners to advanced riders. Please check the schedule some classes are an hour long; and others are only 45-minutes.

T/TH Express &  Fast Friday Classes

You are cordially invited to join all or part of SCU's "Hard Core Challenge." The challenge consists of two thirty-minute classes with a five-minute break in between, featuring functional and core fitness made fun! All fitness and experience levels are welcome. 

Start the session with, Cardio Sculpt, is a dynamic low-impact workout. Alternate using hand weights and bands with step aerobic routines to maximize toning and calorie burn. It's fun, effective, and challenging.

Last up is Butts and Guts, we will do exercises specifically designed to target your bottom and tummy. For the "butt" work, we will do lunges, squats, butt blasters and leg lifts. We sometimes also incorporate the Body Bar for an even tougher challenge!  For your "gut" work, we will crunch, twist, and plank. We also bring out the ball occasionally for more challenging balance and core work.

On Fast Fridays - these two classes will be modified a little to make the afternoon a little spicier than Tuesday/Thursday. Try all three days and you will not be disappointed.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a slow practice of postures sequenced in an intuitive manner with attention to alignment details, healthy transitions between postures, and the integration of breath and attention. Each class strives to maintain an even ratio of flexibility, strength, and balance postures.

High Intensity Boot Camp

A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. This class is designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they'd push themselves. It will get your heart beating and the fat burning while alternating moderately-paced moves with segments of more intense athletic moves. Studies show that this type of interval cardio training burns more calories and fat than steady activities like running on a treadmill or walking on a StairMaster for the same amount of time.

Kickbox Body Sculpt

Kickbox Body Sculpt is a high-energy work out that blends the cardio power of kickboxing with body sculpting mat exercises. It is a fun, fat torching, muscle sculpting, core centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that's both enjoyable and challenging. Kickbox Body Sculpt is a beginning and intermediate level class for anyone who wants a fun, 60-minute cardio driven work out.

Hatha Yoga 

Hatha Yoga sharpens your mind,body and soul with the healthy power of yoga. Charge your day with yogic breathing. Burn your fat and make your spine flexible. Relieve your stress and stay cool with Hatha yoga relaxation.The 1 hour class begins with a breathing exercise, covers the 12 basic hatha yoga poses and ends with yoga relaxation  

Step and Sculpt 

After a quick warm up students will use a step and weights to get a total body workout.  Stepping will be done in combination with weights or separately in an interval format.  Easy to follow choreography will keep your feet moving and heart pumping! (Express Workout)
