Cardio Athletic Kickboxing

Backed by high energy music, the Cardio Athletic Kickboxing workout incorporates kicks, punches, elbows and knees, and combinations used in martial arts and boxing together with effective athletic drills. Perfect cueing and instruction allow beginners as well as more advanced exercisers to follow the challenging combinations, burn fat, release stress, &have fun!

Core Strengthening Power Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga consists of flowing series of yoga postures, synchronizing the breath with each movement. This class cultivates strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance while dissolving tension. Vinyasa Yoga creates a sense of calm and allows one to feel enlivened and renewed from practice.

Cycling 1-3

Pedal your way through an indoor cycling class that will sculpt your muscles and generate a serious sweat. The instructor will lead you through a mix of drills, hills, and sprints. Both cycling newcomers and veterans are welcome! You can control the intensity of your workout by increasing or decreasing the resistance on the bike and the instructor will provide other alterations, as needed! Patrons should bring a personal towel and a water bottle to class. Our cycling bikes can accommodate regular workout shoes or cycling shoes. Cycling class number does NOT denote difficulty level. Cycling classes can be adapted for beginners to advanced riders.

Deep Stretch Yoga

Learn the science of physical and mental rejuvenation through techniques of relaxation, flexibility, toning and balance. With the use of the breath, this class will flow through various postures, which will strengthen and tone the body

Express Cardio Circuit 

This class is a cardio fat burning class that incorporates military exercises, bosu balls, bikes, and aerobic movements. Class will end with a cool down. High and low impact alternatives are available.

Express Friday Classes

You are cordially invited to join all or part of SCU's "Hard Core Challenge." The challenge consists of TWO thirty-minute classes with a five-minute break in between, featuring functional and core fitness made fun! All fitness and experience levels are welcome. Then step into the next class, Pure Step Cardio, is a dynamic low-impact workout. Alternate using hand weights and bands with step aerobics routines to maximize toning and calorie burn.It's fun, effective, and challenging.In Butts and Guts, we will do exercises specifically designed to target your bottom and tummy.For the "butt" work, we will do lunges, squats, butt blasters and leg lifts. We sometimes also incorporate the Body Bar for an even tougher challenge! For your "gut" work, we will crunch,twist, and plank. We also bring out the ball occasionally for more challenging balance and core work.

Express Power Sculpt

Work those abs and tone up with this class! Concentration will be on working the core muscles of the abdominal area and sculpting exercises for the upper and lower body. We will use weights, balls,bands, and bars.

Express Step and Sculpt

After a quick warm up, students will use a step and weights to get a total body workout. Stepping will be done in combination with weights or separately in an interval format. Easy to follow choreography will keep your feet moving and heart pumping!

High Intensity Boot Camp

A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. This class is designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they'd push themselves. It will get your heart beating and the fat burning while alternating moderately-paced moves with segments of more intense athletic moves. Studies show that this type of interval cardio training burns more calories and fat than steady activities like running on a treadmill or walking on a Stairmaster for the same amount of time.

Just Dance!

Featuring simple but seriously awesome dance moves, "JUST DANCE" is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Increase cardiovascular fitness through simple combination of dance moves, improve your coordination and have loads of fun at the same time. Class incorporates all dance and music styles. Kickbox Body Sculpt

Kickbox Body Sculpt is a high-energy work out that blends the cardio power of kickboxing with body sculpting mat exercises. It is a fun, fat torching, muscle sculpting, core centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that's both enjoyable and challenging. Kickbox Body Sculpt is a beginning and intermediate level class for anyone who wants a fun, 60-minute cardio driven work out.

Yoga Basics

Yoga Basics is a slow practice of postures sequenced in an intuitive manner with attention to alignment details, healthy transitions between postures, and the integration of breath and attention. Each class strives to maintain an even ratio of flexibility, strength, and balance postures.
